The Mooloolaba Triathlon Festival includes an Olympic distance triathlon and a range of multisport events across the weekend.

The Olympic distance triathlon begins with a 1500m swim from a beach start, followed by a two lap 40km cycle leg, and a two lap 10km run leg.
